"I went there seeking pain relief. They messed me up with their injection now I use a cain to walk with. And my job is in jeopardy. The waiting in the waiting room is epic. I would not recommend this place."
"Amazing staff, and amazing care. Dr. Coleman is one of the most knowledgeable doctors on pain, especially spinal and nerve damage pain. Katie Lovett is a great CRNP. Knowledgeable, listens, and genuinely cares. The nurses and assistants, people at the front desk Tania in billing, all amazing! I cannot say enough positive about this location. The call service they have for NS&PC’s is always helpful."
"This is going to be kind of long, but this needs to be said... Wait times are atrocious. You're supposed to arrive 15 minutes early or you're considered late and you need to reschedule. Then you're waiting a minimum of an hour past your appt. time to be seen. Can be up to 3 and a half hours. Don't understand how it gets backed up when your only in the actual appt. for up to 1 minute. Don't know why you're even asked about the state of your health and what you think the treatment regimen is doing for it because you're not listened to. For example, the past year I have voiced my concern that the meds I'm on slightly help, but I feel like maybe a stronger dose or frequency would give me more relief and better quality of life (considering I don't have a good quality of life at all) and their answer is to reduce or completely take away an entire medication. Which then puts me in the hospital for a week due to immense pain from a chronic condition. Then there was a period of time where meds were not being sent to the pharmacy for days after an appt. The most recent appt I had, I had new insurance information. It was never actually put into their system. So the pharmacy kept telling me they were waiting on prior auth. After calling the Dr office multiple times over the course of a week. Someone finally told me that their system showed I had no insurance and I was "self pay". I was like no I gave you guys the new info a week ago. After being put on hold 3 times, I was told the front desk does not deal with that. I need to talk to their insurance person. Honestly, what does the front desk even do at this point other than gossip and eat and text on their phones. I will say that the one receptionist, Rhonda, is always very very sweet and nice. She remembers pretty much every patient that walks in. The only positive out of this was the insurance person was very nice and took care of updating my info right away while I was on the phone with her. But even after that, the pharmacy still updated me saying they had yet to get prior auth from the Dr. At that point I was done. I asked the pharmacy if I could just pay for the meds out of pocket. The pharmacy was very helpful and understanding and used good rx to help me gets my meds. I am absolutely going to be looking for another office to start going to. I am so over this office's bs"
"Dr Coleman is the best. Also Justyna Mira is the person I see every month for pain management. She’s really good at her job and shows concern for her patients. Rhonda, at the front desk is AWESOME! She recognizes me right away and treats everyone with kindness and respect and compassion. I’m grateful for this entire staff."
