"The doctors and support staff at Phoenix Physical Therapy in Owings Mills, Maryland are friendly and professional but most importantly, they are good at what they do. I initially chose this location because of convenience and the fact that they offered dry needling. I came into the clinic with a shoulder tear that prevented me from sleeping at night or reaching above my head without experiencing sharp excruciating pain. I expected to receive the usual stretching exercises but instead I received a comprehensive recovery program that included hands on muscle manipulation, exercises, dry needling (at cost), and home exercise program. My therapist was Nicole and although her responsibilities as manager and therapist were at times overwhelming, I found her to be caring, attentive and truly interested in improving her patients’ quality of life. These attributes were also displayed by all the members of this clinic. They work as a team to ensure that their patients are heard, respected and cared for. Hats off to Phoenix PT!
