"Like everyone below, just received a bill for a COVID test from 2yrs ago for my son asking to pay the full price when I have the EOBs from my insurance that they paid even though insurance should not have gotten charged during this COVID time. Also my husband and son went and got COVID tests done on the same day, they sent my insurance information to get paid for my son but didn't send to my husband's insurance and are expecting us to pay $600 for two COVID tests and when you try to contact them, no one answers or responds. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!"

"This place is a scam. Be very wary. I had the same experience as others below. Went with my 14 yr old daughter to get a covid test. Paid for in cash (around $130) to only get a bill 16 months later for the same $245 reported in these reviews. We never met with a doctor and no exam was done. But they charged me 16months for an exam by the doctor or nurse practitioner for $215. And another $30 for the covid test already paid for. Thier own report speak of patient in their words with the pronoun "he". That "he"was examen. They said that was a typo. Ok, but they made reference to "he" more than once. So there was a typo each time? There were no other typos by the way. So only "he" more than once was a typo. They also never sent the covid results. I had to go to thier office to find out the results never arrived because they sent it to the wrong email. I guess that was a typo too? When I tried to explain to them 16 months later that we never met with any doctor, i was told to describe the doctor. How ridiculous is that. I also told them I have no other choice but to report them to the proper Maryland authorities. They responded, then we will report you to collections. A threat to intimidate me. I will not be intimidated. Please be careful as this is really is a scam masquerading as a "clinic"."

"Like others, I've received a $245 bill for a COVID test from almost 9 months ago. That, by the way, I never even got the results of. They say my insurance denied it, but magically they've covered every other one I've ever gotten. And this test was done at the height of covid, when if your insurance didn't have coverage, it was free for everyone. When I called and spoke with the office they said it was only free if you were uninsured, which is NOT the law. I did have COVID at the time and I would have been better off just staying home. Absolutely avoid this practice at all costs. I'll be reporting them to every entity I can. Update: after posting this I was contacted by the provider and harrassed. Her strategy for resolving this bill was to just leave it until my insurance paid. But they've denied it because they say it's fraud. She refused to let me speak until I screamed for her to let speak without being interrupted. I told her that her billing practices were actually illegal (the government says they are not allowed to bill patients for COVID tests) and immoral (lots of people would just pay this bill because they didn't the laws around COVID tests). Obviously this offended her and she proceeded to tell me that she was a hero ("the government said so") and that I would reap what I sewed with God (I guess at the Pearly Gates I'll STILL be dealing with this bill...). Then she hung up on me. And she's not worried about her google rating...but if you leave a bad review, prepare to be called and yelled at without having your issue resolved."

"My first appointment last year with Mercy was great. She was very empathetic at the time. She treated me my 1st pregnancy visit, then I left and came back to her after my child was born. I instantly seen the decline in her empathy. I’m not sure if that is to being short staffed or not, but she just didn’t seem like herself. My last visit I arrived on time to my appointment and had to bring my 3 month old daughter with me. When I got to my appointment, I can hear Mercy in her office on the phone screaming at whoever was on the other line. It sound like she was arguing about unpaid bills. I waited 20 minutes into my appointment to go knock on her door but she came out of her office. I told her my daughter had a doctor appointment next and I had to leave her office within the next 30 min. She then criticized me for making my doctors appointment so close to my own appointment. She then tried to accuse me of being late to my appointment (when I was early and waited in the parking lot for her.) I then asked her when can she see me. She told me I’m wasting time and could’ve been left to handle my business and come back. She then told me she doesn’t know when she’ll be off the phone and blamed me for her not taking me back in time. She then says it’s not her fault and she didn’t tell “those people” to call her. I left her office outraged and never got an appointment. It’s almost like she has lost passion for her job. I’m still in shock at the horrible experience. I will never recommend or go back to her office."
