The radiology tech was especially patient as I was in a lot pain, he so helpful and so patient that I am without words of gratitude for him. "Cancelled my 7 am appointment for no apparent reason the evening before without notification. Next morning even their own help desk could not figure it out because there were no notes attached. Online the appointment disappeared and even the doctors ordered disappeared with a 404 when clicked on. Still trying to figure out what to do. Interesting that AR will charge you if you don't show up but doesn't value my time."

"Check-in went smoothly, waited less time than usual to get past the info/ID/what-tests-are-you-having, all relevant info was on file, just needed a visual check and agreement that all info was correct. A welcome change, that. The wait for testing was less and over in perhaps ten minutes. Well done, y'all!"
