"I have had the privilege of being with this branch of CWC for two years so far and look forward to many more. I must admit that I joined this practice to follow Jeanette Wolff (the best most caring, empathetic and kind midwife EVER), so whenever you make a switch you never know what to expect - knowing that when I joined having a baby was in my near future - I made sure I did my research to ensure that making the switch was the right choice for me, my body and the hope for my baby to be. With that said, I have been blown away in the best way possible with my experience with everyone at Charles street OBGYN associates. I am currently 7 months pregnant with my first and I have met with Ms. Wolff, Dr. Morrell, and Dr. Erdman and loved them all equally - not just liked as in oh yeah this will be fine, like LOVED - these ladies are rock stars and my people loved. They each took the time to see me and answer my 1 million plus FTM mom questions and ease my nerves (while in a pandemic), but also give me transparent information needed to navigate so far through my pregnancy. I must also brag about Britni at the front desk, not only does she greet me with kindness she remembers my name and always makes me feel welcome. The medical assistants, the ultrasonographers, and rest of the office staff practices the same culture felt by the docs- are all very kind and accommodating. COVID-19 has thrown us all for a few loops, and throughout it all this office has made sure that I felt safe, had airspace for my questions (big and small) and felt very cared for. Being pregnant for the first time - during a pandemic is scary - it has helped so much having an all star medial team in my corner. I am not sure what labor and delivery will have in store for me, but knowing that I have this amazing team to embark this journey with gives me the confidence I was looking for to bring our baby girl into this world. "Surprised after reading reviews that I did not like Dr. Erdman. She was running 45 minutes behind, and when I was finally seen I felt that she only cared about catching up her schedule. Very apathetic, did not know my history and did not consider it when planning my care (My first delivery left me with permanent complications). No time for my concerns. Dr. Singh was friendly but not too informative. Liked Dr. Ottenritter, although still quick. Tried to make an extra appointment with him to address my concerns and the office manager refused to give me one. She was very condescending and lacked any customer service recovery skills. Didn't like the office staff trying to dictate my care... not safe! Was scared to call with concerns. They try to make your pregnancy fit into their cookie cutter mold - very impersonal. They also charge an extra $50 out of pocket for your pregnancy care."

"I noticed that I was spotting early on in my pregnancy, and so I called their emergency number while their office wasn't open. The doctor on call was snappy and the first thing out of her mouth was "well how did you get this number if you aren't my patient?!" I never recieved another call back or follow up to see how I was doing. I called them and managed to get an appointment the following day, paid 3 dollars to park, got to the office through a maze of hospital parking garages and elevators, and was told that because I had a temporary insurance card while my new one was being mailed, I would have to pay out of pocket. They were completely unwilling to call the insurance company to verify or do anything to help me out. I left, and went to another OB in the area who gladly accepted my temporary card. I will never go here again, I was treated very disrespectfully by the doctor and receptionist."
