"I would give 0 stars if I could, I’m shocked that their so many good reviews. Kaiser is the worst insurance company I have ever had, from online, scheduling, billing, the doctors it’s all been a mess. Online it said my account was up to date and my next payment was due in December then I get an email saying that it was cancelled 9/23. Even though I’ve had appointments and paid monthly since then. My doctors ignored the health issues I was having for almost 4 years then finally after fighting for them to look further they found a tumor on my adrenal gland, I was so relieved to finally have a likely answer to my issue and they finally allowed me to see and endo, which they blocked me from seeing previously even though I have pcos. And they don’t want to remove it, even though if it’s causing my issues would greatly improve my quality of life. I need appointments for an ear issue I’ve been having and the only openings they have are from 12 MIDNIGHT TO 5 AM. Kaiser are taking advantage of people."

"Today my son had an entire list of blood tests schedule and he is 7 years old but was absolutely terrified about the process. He didnt have his blood taken probably since was a baby, so as much as I tried talking and explaining to him homw what means and how it is, nothing worked. From the night before he started crying,couldnt sleep and then sincw he woke up from 7 am until 11 am until we got here to the Lab, was a horriffic morning. But Ms. Tamara is an Angel from Heaven.... as soon as we met her,we entered the Lab and she changed the entire experience. I never met anybody so amazing like her,I will make sure to call in advance next time to the Lab to come for myself or the kids only on her shift. Tamara patiently talked nice,professional and extremly calm with Ethan explaining in detail every step what she is doing and give him confidence will not hurt him at all, she took her time to calm down my son,his heart was sooo speedy but Tamara's words easily made him feel relaxed. She has an easy hand and of course my son only felt a small pinch. I have no words to Thank you for this experience Tamara and for changing the outcome and my day completly!!!
