"Saw Dr. Chagang for the first time in 2023 after experiencing some trauma. She was lovely and prescribed an SSRI, walking me through the process as someone who has never seen a psychiatrist/mental health clinician before. Her staff, however, are hostile and unhelpful. A few weeks into an initial 30 day prescription (which Dr. Chagang thoughtfully suggested as a trial period since I was a bit hesitant to try meds), I decided they were helpful and that I should continue - so I called the office and got a 90 day refill with no problems/additional discussion. I'm now down to a few days supply and just called the office to refill again. The receptionist literally laughed out loud at me and said in the most condescending tone I have ever experienced, "You haven't been here since August, we can't refill your script". I tried to maintain my composure and asked her to clarify, to which she said that office visits are required periodically (unclear exactly how frequently) to maintain prescriptions. Having never seen a mental health clinician before, I didn't know this - and certainly no one in this office ever explained it to me (or I could have easily scheduled another visit at an appropriate time to ensure a steady supply of medication). During our whole exchange the receptionist maintained her hostile/condescending tone - so I thanked her and hung up. I will not be returning, and hopefully can find another provider to refill my prescription in the next few days."

"My son has found these individuals Sylvie,Berthe,and Moise they had prescribe Adderall to my adult son who is an addict and his records all state that. If they cared they would have look at his recent records with Harford county before prescribing medication that he is banded from him taking. My son because of their continued negligence walks around having conversations with himself. I have been struggling with my son for 3 year since the pandemic and it is just ashamed to have people like this in this field (Mental Health) provide patients with medication they do not need and then leave them to their own devices. I really thought people in this line of work are to support and care about their patience. Please do no go to these people i will be lodging a complain to the state. I am trying to save my son's live from these people who clearly takes advantage of the weak. I will be lodging an official complaint with the state of Maryland."
