"Hi these people lied to me and said they guarantee their services. It’s been less than week, and I felt something crawling lice , perhaps. I DONT know. I do have major pieces of my scalp falling out and I think treatment failed. They are denying me service, and refusing to retreat. I haven’t Seen anyone in my family or friends. I’ve literally spent my time alone and suffering in silence. There’s a lot of pain and suffering involved . I’m in pain and I cannot tell if I still have any lice. I have severe scalp pain and bleediiing . They not only refused to help me but also insulted me and said they had taken a video of me without my consent. Be forewarned."

"Needing this clinic can be a stressful and anxious experience but Cassidy put my family at ease throughout the whole process. We were able to get a same day appointment by driving a little further from home which was a big relief. I dare say my 3 kiddos actually had fun coloring and picking lollis while the others were getting checked/treated. I consider myself frugal and of course tried all the OTC products and home remedies…. My best advice is save yourself the hassle and time and weeks of frustration, just go here first. Mama’s sanity is worth $179!!"

"I would highly recommend coming here if you are in need of treatment or products. They were able to get me in really quick and Sandy was so kind and detailed. She explained every step of the treatment process and made sure I was OK throughout. In addition, she shared so much knowledge with me so I will be more prepared should we have this issue in the future. I felt so much better and less stressed when I left. "Our technician, Sandy, made an unpleasant issue a pleasurable experience to resolve for our family of 5. She was incredibly warm & hospitable as though she was welcoming us into her home when we arrived. She is very educated and informed us quickly, concisely and thoroughly on questions I had wasted so much time trying to answer using the internet. Her experience is evident. She knows how to work well with long, thick hair which is rare - even when we go to experienced beauticians. Gentle & thorough. Loved the products! The over-the-counter items we were using didn't work and had worse ingredients. These were so much better quality, smelled nice, and are effective. Not only do I recommend this Bel Air Clinic, I specifically encourage you to ask for Sandy. Leave your embarrassment or frustrations over lice behind. She's going to help you work through it and fix it. You'll be leaving feeling like you just had a visit with a great friend and knowing you've conquered your issue.
