"This has been my go to urgent care for 5 years now. The staff has always been welcoming and Compassionate. I have always been seen quickly and efficiently. I’ve even recommended this place to family members and friends. However, I stopped in this evening to be seen for a urgent health issue and the male receptionist was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I’ve read a few other recent reviews and am wondering if this is the same staff member others have made complaints about. He was so rude that I left before I even finished checking in without being seen and went elsewhere. Such a shame. This place used to be wonderful. I will not be back. No one deserves to be treated so rudely when they are unwell and have done nothing to deserve it."

"I was on day 5 of being sick and really needed some help. This facility is 5 minutes from my house so the convenience for me was perfect. When I arrived, I was getting checked in with the receptionist. When it came time to pay, I handed him cash. I was completely ridiculed by both him and the female receptionist for trying to pay with cash as they don’t accept it any longer. His exact words to me were, “You seriously don’t have a card?” I told him I didn’t. The female receptionist told me that I could go next door and purchase a giftcard, then come back and pay that way. She was also extremely rude to patients on the phone and never made eye contact while talking to me. I felt humiliated and had no choice but to leave. The bedside manner was absolutely horrible. I will not be returning. I understand the policy of no cash was in place, but, the least they could do was be kind."

"The Forest Hill location was polite and quick with my pre-op check up. My doctor didn’t send them the proper paperwork and they handled it so quickly for me. My experience was so nice and easy! I appreciate their employees greatly!"

"Excellent care and everyone is very nice. I was warned the wait time would be long so I brought books. The doctor I had was professional and could answer all of my questions in a way that I could understand them. He was excellent.The staff was nice."

"Clean facility, kind professional staff, the wait was somewhat long but it was a really busy day. The NP that evaluated me was amazing. She was thorough in her assessment, took the time to really listen to my symptoms, asked very appropriate questions, explained her rationale for why she wanted to do certain treatments and sent my scripts to my local pharmacy. I was so pleased with the care that I received and was able to start my meds same day."
