"MyEyeDr was having frames transferred from another my eye dr location for me. They day before my glasses were supposed to be ready I received a call from my eye stating they were sent the wrong frames and the ones I wanted were no longer available. I told them to cancel everything and I would deal with it at a later time. I confirmed that I could take my prescription to another place to get glasses. 3 weeks later I receive a surprise email from my credit card company reminding me to pay my bill. (MyEyedr charges was the only charge on the credit card so I knew right away it was for the glasses) Even after I told MyEyeDr to cancel the order they still billed my insurance for the glasses and also my credit card for something I never received and couldn't give me. I called and talked to Gary at MyEyeDr about this, he was very rude, talked over me the entire time and pretty much called me a liar. I have used MyEyeDr for as long as I can remember and now two horrible experiences with them within one month."

"Terrible experience! My family and myself have been going here for a few years. I’ve had a few issues over the years but nothing crazy. Yesterday I had an appointment at 4pm. I scheduled this time purposely so I didn’t have to leave work to early and also so I’d have enough time to get my kids from there sports. I arrived at 3:50 pm.. checked in and had a seat., 4:10 not called back yet.. 4:20 I’m still sitting there and decided to ask the desk what was going on. Mind you I watched 4 people walk in after me and get called back immediately. The desk tells me that the doctor was running late and they were trying to work me in.. so I sit down angry, but stayed patient at 4:40 I’d had enough! 7 patients were called back 7! Walked in after me and we’re taken back before me. The doctor was late. I mean cmon if your 10 minutes late they won’t see you and charge you for it. This place has lost my business for ever. I’m sure they could care less and I’m simply a number but if asked I will deter anyone from going here as there customer service is a joke."

"Had a great experience when I went to the Forest Hill site. I was hoping to get a pair of glasses repaired. Unfortunately that was not possible due to the way that they broke. However, they were able to locate the same discontinued frame from another My Eye Dr site. It took a number of calls and the customer service was a 10. Thank you especially to Carol. I’ve always been pleased with My Eye Dr."
