"I am not a patient here but my grand daughter is and I've never incountered such nice and polite staff. On both the second and first floors. I have been here with her a lot to."
"I was seen on time for my appointment but the bedside manner and overall politeness was definitely lacking. Also, the door between the exam room and waiting area is not soundproof which is frustrating for other people to hear my personal information."
"Worst clinic I have been to. Had an appointment that I made online @ 9:30 am October 5th for testing. Today is October 23rd, I still have yet to receive my results. They open at 9, and when I got here @ 9:15 they weren’t open. The nurses looked liked they were just getting there because the lights were off and their coats were on. Initially, both women seemed very nice, but the issue was they were brand new and they didn’t know what they were doing. It was two nurses for one patient and they were the only two nurses. Luckily, I was the first one there so the wait wasn’t terrible, but if I’m the first and only patient and I have an appointment, there should be no wait. The nurses did not know how to work the computers, and they didn’t know where things belong. One of the nurses was also making slick comments about STI testing about another patient from another day which made me feel insecure. Someone should have trained them for the specific location, and they should not have been alone since they were both new! No shade to these lovely ladies"
"I made an appointment for 6:10pm. I got here at 6pm and checked in. I’m still waiting at this moment and it’s almost 7pm. A family came after me and she took them before me. How does that make any sense at all? This is ridiculous and this will be my last visit to MinuteClinic. I get in faster at urgent cares. I usually go to ExpressCare and they bring me back within 10 minutes. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes for a quick test."
"Appointment scheduled for 12pm. Requested to arrive 15 minutes earlier than appointment schedule. Arrived to minute clinic at 1140pm. Did not get called into room until 1245pm. Previous patient in room for nearly an hour. Seems to be a problem with pace of care recieved. Would understand if this was an urgent care setting but as it isn't, unsure why wait times are posted so long past visit. If you have time to wait, by all means...if not, don't waste your time."
