"Blue Balloon started great, they were very accommodating to my daughter having a Gtube. Then suddenly, i received an email stating that she can’t return until they figure things out, then required me to take off of work to come start and end her feed (total of 2 hours off work) randomly. She was there about a month before the issues started. I wish communication was better but I ended up just keeping her with me. If needs won’t be accommodated the center is not for her."
