"Before going into this facility, I was terrified to go on Methadone. Two years later, I am not only sober, but I am alive and living the meaningful, rewarding life I never thought I would or could ever have again. The counselors and Nurses are some of the most compassionate, understanding, and loving people I have ever met. They will go above and beyond to help you without any judgment, no matter what you've done, or what you’re going through. If you go there with a genuine desire to get well, act with respect, and do what’s asked of you (what is actually living life worth to you) you will not refer to it as just a Methadone clinic, it will be your lifesaver. Please remember to be kind to others, and yourself ♡ Lord knows, most of us have been to that hopeless, bitter, dark place at some point In our lives. Getting off opiates should not, and does not have to feel like a punishment, but it's up to you to do your part with determination, positivity, and respect :)"

"This is a for profit clinic. They bring in people to just get paid. The ideas that they are there to help can be viewed by the length of time clients are in the program. They make money at the expense of the lives of clients and make fun of those clients and their disease. No empathy and with some racial discrimination. It's easy to say that you can't believe an addict. Why not, we're people too. An investigation should be held on why documents are doctor after the fact to preserve payment for services. That staff accepting gifts from clients and showing favoritism. Truth always comes to light and they will get there's. It's sad that they think they're better than anyone and that fact is only because they control the grievance system so true complaints aren't bright to light, and true auditing go dark when the day of the audit is know to make those changes. It's a scam in a large scale. With some getting help but not from the source but from the collective of those truly recovering. Don't credit the cons for their shell game with society. We make them rich by holding a blind eye."

"I’ve been a client at this facility since shortly after they opened. I have experienced this program under the old director, as well as under the current director, and I can honestly say that the changes made have been amazing. This facility is so welcoming and I believe that every single (current) staff member is there because they want to be part of the solution. I owe my life to this program, and especially to the director, Jennifer. She has ALWAYS shown genuine care, concern & compassion, and I am not sure where I would be today if not for her and her entire team. Saying “thank you” isn’t nearly enough for the gratitude I have for this group of incredible people. Because you all believed in me, I can now say I believe in me, too. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Anyone struggling with addiction and debating on MAT, this program is a phenomenal first step to take."

"I do NOT recommend this suboxone doctor to ANYONE. The staff is amazing, the doctor on the other hand is a nightmare. She nods out while speaking to her patients, has limited knowledge of addiction ( she’s actually a radiologist ), she sells putty that she makes in her kitchen right out of her office, she accused at least two patients that I’m aware of, of sleeping with the previous doctor to “get scripts on the side” which is an absolute LIE. This woman will literally sit in her chair and degrade you with a smile on her face the whole time. I have never in my life met a doctor as crooked as this woman. For anyone who would like proof feel free to contact me! Spare yourself the anxiety, unless they get a new doctor. Like i said the staff is wonderful, some of the best counselors I’ve met, the receptionist is awesome. If you have a similar experience please share or contact the director!!!!"
