"My mother has been with state farm for 35+ years and I myself have been with them for about 7 years. I have been very happy with their services and staff is always friendly at this location. On another note I am currently in the process of switching everything over from PA to NJ. The state farm here in NJ is very pricey compared to other Insurance companies in the area. I may have no choice but to go elsewhere for my car insurance. I was hoping that customer loyalty would lower the rates but that is not the case."

"It’s all about the money. I have been a customer for 12 years and someone hit me in my vehicle and I get told how much it will cost me to file a claim on my insurance. I thought I had insurance to represent me and guide me through a horrible time. WRONG, they only tell you what it will cost you, no guidance on how to proceed dealing with the other insurance company or what to expect, just keep bringing us your money and we won’t provide you any service for all the years you have been a valued customer. Needless to say I wil find another agent."

"Overpriced im in my twenties married multi policy been using state farm all my life they quote me a price to add my wifes car to my home and auto policy and then they raise it from the orginal quote i inquire as to why and they send me a pdf to read thats 30 pages long instead of giving me and aswer they did this to me twice till i gave them an ultimatum iam now currently in the process of switching everything horrible cuatomer service and way overpriced"
