"If I could leave no stars I would- I have had two appointments scheduled 8/1/23 and 8/21/23 with different providers at USA Vein clinics, and found out on each separate occasion by showing up to an empty office that both providers have left the practice and I received no notification of this or that my appointment was canceled. It has been a complete inconvenience and unprofessional and will not be returning to this practice; absolutely do not recommend."

"I was pleasantly surprised by my visits to Vein Clinics of America, I wasn't sure I was going to actually go through with the process when I went in for my complimentary consultation, I went reluctantly, and I am really glad I did. From the very first visit I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff, as well as Dr. Dave Buckwalter. Dr. Buckwalter patiently explained what I needed and what kind of results I could expect. He never made me feel rushed, and answered all my questions. Some Doctors can be a little condescending, but I never felt that way with Dr. Buckwalter. He has a very calm, matter of fact manner mixed with a nice personality. I instantly felt at ease, which led me to agreeing to the vein procedure I had been putting off for years! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well, but I need to give special thanks and kudos to the young lady that keeps the show running smoothly in billing and scheduling, and probably a million other things. We bonded over both being from Dundalk, and let me just say you are doing Dundalk proud hon! You are professional and efficient, but your personality is everything! Good job! Lastly, I need to acknowledge Dr. Buckwalter's assistant Randy. You were an absolute joy to meet, and I felt comfortable with the procedure I was about to undergo because of your calm demeanor. You don't know how much that means to me because I do have anxiety issues. I was really nervous, but talking with you calmed any fears I had. Thank you so much! It was like talking to a friend, you were so kind! In closing, I would highly recommend Vein Clinics of America, but more importantly, I recommend seeing the staff on Deerco Road in Timonium."

"I went for my free consultation with a friend who has been being treated by them for years. The office staff greeted me very professional. The wait was short to see the clinician. All my questions were answered. I highly recommend them and plan on going back for treatment soon."
