"I use to go here when i was younger and it has clearly changed since then. Scheduled my son’s first appointment and was scheduled with Dr. Taylor the next day at 9am. Luckily I scheduled an appointment at another facility that I preferred just in case so I called first thing the next day to cancel at Potomac. When I called the receptionist Debbie answered and told me there was actually “no need to cancel because Dr. Taylor is out for the week”. When I asked her who I was going to see if I have a 9am appointment scheduled, she was unable to tell me and kept repeating that Dr. Taylor wasn’t there… I also asked if anyone was going to call and tell me, she said she did not know she just answers calls. She then calls back and said she made a mistake as she was looking at the following week, but when I told her I was moving forward with cancelling only then was I able to speak to the person who scheduled my appointment… not sure of her name, but she is the scheduler at the facility. She asked me if I was coming, I told her no that I am cancelling. She asked if I was rescheduling I said no. She said that I would not be able to get an appointment until further out because they squeezed me in. I said I am fine I am cancelling and no rescheduling. She asked if I had another facility to go to, I said yes and she said ok and hung up abruptly. The facility is confused, all over the place and clearly the staff has attitude problems. I don’t appreciate either of the women I spoke with and I see why this facility has 1.5 stars. You can fine better CARE elsewhere."
"HORRIBLE! The woman who sounds like a man deep very rude inpatient and hung up the phone and did not reschedule me. I called back she would pick the phone up and hang it up. She needs a different job. There's no way to report complaints or corporate office. This location needs to be restart, SHUT It Down!"
"So unprofessional! Can’t call to make an appointment cause no one ever answers the phone. Took my son to an appointment wasting money on Lyfts because we don’t have a car on 2 occasions. 1st time was told my appointment was made on the wrong day given I asked for a Tuesday or Wednesday time given I’m only off those days. Couldn’t get seen. Today I’m sick my husband takes our son they say his appointment is at 8:30 how when my daughter appointment is at 8:30 of which we had to cancel the day before cause she is sick too. When I made the appointment for my son last time I came I was told she would have one and my sons would be at 9am after hers. So bring them together. They said they would still try to see him and then turned around and told my husband that since his insurance doesn’t have dr Taylor on it I had to call my insurance and change it for him to be seen given he has been using this same card for at least 2 years to see dr Taylor after his original doctor left so that made no sense. That’s all the same as when your doctor is on vacation and you need to see an alternate doctor. Then they said I had to be present because the insurance is in my name. Before the insurance was in my name it was in his dads and I would always take him so also how does that make sense. They will not be getting anymore of my insurance company money calling to change his pcp today."
"There is a young lady working there today with a very BAD attitude. I didn't get her name but she is black and has braids pulled back into a pony tail. It's very apparent that she does not want to be there. Example you ask a question she moves her head while looking at you crazy and then points. Never speaking a word but the expression on her face says it all. I guess Lifebridge can't find better help. Not to mention don't call there because the phone just rings."
"This is the worst place I have ever been to. I was there with a client, (who has been a patient for over 1 year) though I was 10minutes late due to incorrect address on Potomac account on Google, and that was my first time there. The receptionist (Deiadra Cox) was so unprofessional by implying that even if that was my first time of being there, my client who has been coming for over 1 year, ought to know. He was reschedule because of that 10 minutes of lateness. This is the greatest disrespect I have ever witnessed by any receptionist to a patient and if I have the POA of my client, that would have been his last visit there. Lifebridge, this is a wake-up call to check this out, you cannot afford to have this affect your reputation."
