"I hurt my back May of 2022 and had been in so much pain for 8 months. Standing, walking, even laying down was extremely uncomfortable. I went through anti-inflammatory creams, pills, steroids and injections along with 3 separate cycles of physical therapy. I had no relief and I was starting to lose hope. I found rehab 2 perform as my last attempt at physical therapy. I went in with some hope but not much. Working with their staff specifically Christian and Katie I started to feel relief. The staff at this facility is exceptional! They really listen to your concerns and adapt your sessions based on how you are feeling during the week. I’m back at the gym now doing squats and rdls which I thought I would have to give up. Can’t thank this team enough!"
"After having my son, I was having tailbone pain daily and experiencing pain in everyday activities. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and gave me the tools to help identify triggers and eliminate pain. I will definitely be recommending her to any other new moms and only wish I had started my PT journey sooner! "I took my 15 year old daughter to Rehab2Perform at the beginning of the summer to get some help with her hip injury. She swims competitively, plays ultimate frisbee for fun, dances, and rides horses. Being out of commission was miserable for her! We saw Katie, who was the answer to our prayers! She was personable and sweet, knowledgeable and thorough, and she had a firm but very relaxed approach with my daughter that made us instantly love her. We came faithfully for about 6 weeks, and my daughter did her stretches and exercises at home when she was supposed to. She saw a DRAMATIC improvement after 6 weeks, and she could return to all her sports before summer ended. Swim season started back up in September, and my girl is READY!! She still stretches and does her exercises, and she's improving in all her events. Thank you Katie and Rehab2Perform for your expertise and your care. We are so thankful!"
"R2P is amazing and has been critical to a speedy recovery for my daughter who is a dancer. She was injured twice over the course of this year and Dr. Sam Curbelo was instrumental to not only getting her back on the dance floor, but back even stronger than ever both times. Prior to R2P we tried PT at a general location. While it was slightly helpful, the benefit of R2P is that they focus on athletes and they truly understand how to balance what is needed for recovery and that the athlete still likely has activities they need and want to perform.
