"Patient's that are Ill or in pain have to STAND in a line until the one & only receptionist person calls them up. The line is in the way of outer door & keeps the door open letting in the heat from outside. Receptionist window area is not private at all, can here everyone's info. Can't see Receptionist when window is closed & window is very load to slide open."
"Our pediatrician's office suggested going here when they were too booked to see my daughter. The lady on the phone was very pleasant answering my questions about procedures since we had never been there. The wait was a bit but not horrible (especially in cold and flu season). The nurses were all very kind, compassionate, and reassuring to my sick child. The PA Taryn was absolutely amazing. She listened to everything either of us said and treated my daughter with respect and like an individual rather than just directing conversation at me. She was upfront about everything she was going to do and addressed any expressed fears with compassion and patience. I will absolutely use this place again with no hesitation if need arises."
"I saw a PA for intense sinus pain and pressure. I thought I had a sinus infection so I was hoping they would give me antibiotics. Instead the PA was rude, completely talked over me, did not allow me to explain to her what was happening, She just automatically told me I had COVID and tested me even thought two days prior, I was already tested for COVID and was negative. The second COVID test came back and it was negative. They do not trust or listen their patients. On several occasions MDs and PAs have done this to me at this location."
"I had an excellent experience. I was befuddled checking in so someone came and helped me without my even having to ask. I was called immediately and the person taking my info was friendly and efficient. Then someone took my vitals and medical info - she was also friendly and efficient. The nurse practitioner who diagnosed and prescribed was also friendly and efficient. Don’t believe everything you read. Find out for yourself like I did. I’m not crazy about reviews for two reasons: 1) It’s more likely that people will be more inclined to leave a negative review than a positive one. 2) Reviews can be intentionally manufactured, both bad and good. Example: Bad reviews can be posted by some with personal reasons for spite or to intentionally blemish. Competitors that are unethical can easily do the same. Conversely, businesses with great reviews can get them by asking constituents, customers, family and friends to post them. I even had a business say that their company would pay any employee that I write a good review on, $20. So of course I did! The point isn’t that the employee and company weren’t good - because they both were - the point is that I would not have written the positive review without the coaxing. I do not generally write reviews but wanted to do so here because of the other less than favorable posted reviews. I had a 5 star experience here from start to finish."
"I was definitely wary after reading the reviews, but I chanced it since it was the closest Urgent Care to my home in East Berlin. I was dealing with an infection from a tick bite. First, the woman at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming. I haven't been to a doctor in 20 years, and she was courteous and patient with me. I did have a moment of difficulty figuring out which window to go to, as there are multiple to choose from. The young nurse that assisted me was also very friendly and nice. The Doctor/Physician's Assistant/Nurse Practitioner that ultimately looked over my infection was friendly and spoke to me in a very professional manner. I was in and out in under 1 hour on a Thursday evening. Don't believe the other reviews. People locally love to complain, and rarely leave good reviews for good service, but are quick to complain over the very the slightest inconvenience, or their own ignorance."
