"Todd Gilbert gave me a quote on remodeling two bathrooms. We went to his storefront and picked out tile, vanities, toilets, flooring, hardware, etc. We scheduled the start date for 2 months later because he was backed up. The week before he was to start he called and canceled the job. Said his son was in an accident and he was taking a break from the business. A week later I saw his truck in my friend’s neighborhood. I had her call him and schedule an estimate for two bathrooms. He set up an appointment for the same week. So I called him back to ask if his son was better and could we reschedule; he said he still wasn’t rescheduling any jobs. What a liar he was. I wouldn’t trust him."
