"Staff was very helpful, pleasant and professional. My only issue and one without a remedy according to the associate is the INABILITY for PLAZA CLEANERS to press my shirts with Heavy Starch. The ticket says Heavy Starch but the shirts says very much otherwise. No explanation available from the associate. Just an I’m sorry… I’m sorry too as I won’t be back…"
