"DO NOT GO HERE! Outdated medical equipment! Sneaky and unreliable doctors who try to charge you twice for the same test! They did not inform me that I would be having to do two tests that were unnecessary! Also they do not have any sort of online forms that respectable places would. You have to fill all the forms when you get there. Also they will use the personal information to try and bombard you with emails and calls and texts to get you to spend more money there."

"I was very, very unhappy with my recent experience with the PA Lory. I came in experiencing pain in my chest and widespread body pain and fatigue. During the course of the appointment, the PA not only did NOT even do a thorough physical examination even of the area in pain, she also suggested the pain and debilitating fatigue are because I have mental illness or because I am overweight. I felt like the PA was ultimately unknowlegable about mental illness but also biased against those with mental illnesses and those who are “overweight”. Like if you have a mental illness you can’t have anything else wrong with you, or can’t be believed about your symptoms. After pressing she did order blood tests that were suggested by me, but ended up not even ordering the right test. I asked for a rheumatoid factor test and she ordered an Rh test, completely different things! I felt like she wasn’t even listening. Then I get a call from an imaging center to make an appointment and she never even told me she was referring me there for imaging. The communication was horrible. I didn’t feel heard or seen. It was everything an anxious person fears when they go to the doctor- that you won’t be seen, heard, or believed."
