"Promises, promises, promises! In Dec. 2022, Matt came to my home to clean carpets in a loft, 3 bedrooms, two flights of steps and a landing. He spent 1.5 hours. After the carpets dried, I noticed two areas that were not clean. When I called him back, he was somewhat abrasive and said to call him in the New Year. I began calling him in January. He never returned my calls. When I did reach him live, he promised to get back to me to no avail. We finally had an appointment scheduled in March. That morning he called me to say his truck broke down. Of course, I never heard back from him. Lots of promises, but unable or unwilling to deliver."
