Reviews
"Had an appointment to get a vaccine at 2:50pm. Arrived at the location and there were only 2 people ahead of me. I'm not sure if they were appointments or walk-ins. I was not seen until 4:06pm. Ridiculous!!"
"t say how pleased we are with this MInuteclinic. We came because my son had an appointment with his PCP which was cancelled at the last minute by the provider. This was a last resort for me and I was hesitant. Online scheduling tools were easy to use and turn around time for an appointment was excellent. The check-in kiosk is easy to use. Once checked in we waited only moments before being called back. The facility is bright and clean. The clinic was well organized and obviously cared for. The two women who provided care were prompt, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. A diagnosis was given (viral Upper Respiratory Infection) and comfort medication advice was given and prescribed. It was an excellent experience and we are highly satisfied. Do not hesitate to come here."
"I visited the Minute Clinic and was extremely disappointed. I went in for a suspected infection. I had to give a sample. The sample was not collected properly and it had to be sent for further testing. I was given antibiotics. The sample came back as negative for infection but I was told no one could tell me if I should continue the antibiotics or not. I was told to follow up with my PCP. Well, my PCP won’t tell me without making an appointment but now I have to wait 3 days! So, now I’m taking an antibiotic without any reason to. I am not comfortable with that because I had issues with antibiotics causing other things before. I can’t help but think this could have been avoided if the sample was taken correctly. I just felt like my health was not a priority to anyone."
"I had a wonderful visit with Kim today. She was so kind and helpful, timely, and incredibly conscientious about cleaning. Would not hesitate to go back."
