"Sad to say, I would not recommend Go Glass. The initial sales pitch estimate was helpful but it went downhill dramatically from there. At a high level, they replaced slider door glass for us - ocean front and I wish it would have been successful. I wish we would have chosen a different provider who cared. After the glass install, the door had a draft and we could hear the street noise, neither was an issue before. No return calls - call 5 times you may get answered or a call back. Maybe. Customer Support was at times rude and always unhelpful When they came to fix the issues from install, our blinds were broken. No one was there with them, but our next guests found the broken cord upon entering. They are not accepting the responsibility. The worst part is the communication. Mistakes can happen but you can’t say you will deliver a message or call back and then not do it. This is basic customer treatment, not special treatment. Sad about this experience and really wish they had a different mindset about the value of their customer. We are going to let our building and fellow owners know in hopes of preventing them from the loss we’ve taken. We tried so hard to work it out with them, I waited to post this until we finally just took their message, they do not care about our business or experience."
"Mike came out to give us estimate on new windows but after coming, he said to try recaulking the glass. They are going to come out to do that. We really appreciated his honesty and for him not trying to buy buy buy right away."
