"Horrible psychiatric department. Prescribing 5 year olds with anti psychotics, how disgraceful. They poisoned me while there and sent me into convulsions for months. Would never recommend to anyone. They only want your money and use insurance fraud to get it."

"Do not go to wellspan. Ive gone here before twice and both times they have screwed me over. The first time i was going i was consistently going and it was helping however thw ladies at the front window do not always schedule your appointments even if you call and confirm a rescheduled appointment. This happened a few times and because of that i was terminated from the program.didnt give me meds to lean me off flauxitine because of the HORRIBLE withdrawal effects. They said i had missed my appointments. The ones i rescheduled AHEAD OF TIME SO I DONT WASTE THIER TIME and said come back in a year. After bouncing around psych doctors and therapist that dont listen a year had gone by. So i refiled to come back to wellspan. The first apointment was at 1:10 i got there maybe 4minites late went to the window to check in and she told me since i was late i had to rescedhule because apparently i had an hour long appointment and someone was coming in in 15min. Tell me how that timing makes any sense. Soo she gave me my paperwork i had to fill put and forced me to reschedule wich i HATE doing at the actual appointment instead of ahead of time. So the next appointment day was coming up and as many know people who come to wellspan are coming for help or are seeking psychiatric care. I had a severe severe panic attack. I was manic for HOURS . in the same day my phone shattered so i couldn't call. My mother was kind enough to call in for me and reschedule. I walk in feb 5th a day before my rescheduled appointment and turn my papers in. The next day i walk in 5minutes early . wait in line behind someone when the other two windows were "open" (different colored panels green means the window is open) both of thw other women decided to sit and stare at the person in the middle window . im standing there for 10minutes and by the time i get to the window im already late from my appointment and there is a line trailing out the door. I go to the window and say my name and my appointment. She told me i was terminated for CANCELLING not rescheduling CANCELING AT TE APPOINTMENT. I always try n call AHEAD of time if i can't make it so i dont waste anyones time apparently they sent out a letter saying i was terminated mid january. Before my 2nd appointment and btw i just got that letter they "sent" in the mail TODAY. ALMOST A MONTH LATER. She said i could come back in a year and i told her This appointment IS me coming back in a year. So we proceeded to argue over my appointment . (i made it clear i knew it wasnt her fault as she was new ) HOWEVER no one wanted to help. And they have NO orginization. Ive never been so disappointed in a facility. Apparently havinf a panic attack isnt a liable reason to reschedule a psych dr. Appointment. To those have you that have gotten help and it was successful good for you i hope you continue to better yourself. However if this happens to you find a different facility and will take mental health seriously."

"My recent experience really made me go from giving them a 3 to a to a 1 star. I lost days waiting in their waiting rooms. And small mistakes made cost me an entire day today. If you have unlimited and unbounding countless time on your hands then I say go for this doctor. But if you have a very tight schedule don't do it."

"Staff is very efficient and pleasant to deal with. They return calls quickly. Doctors are pleasant, knowledgeable and give time required. As a retired RN I am extremely pleased with everyone in the practice."
