"The people are usually pretty nice but I always feel like I wasted my time when we go there...they never seem to give antibiotics and tell me just to keep doing what I'm doing and then follow up with my doctor... "I met with Ayla Braley for an urgent care visit and I could not have left feeling better. She was patient, she heard me, she was knowledgeable and spoke to me in a way that was assuring, professional and kind. I am thankful I got to see her today! Additionally, I waited no more than five minutes to be seen, and everyone was pleasant and professional."

"The support staff (nurses and reception) were wonderful: professional, informative, caring and seemed to be great at their individual jobs. The provider I saw was awful. John Dubin was rushed, rude, didn't listen to my concerns or communicate my treatment well. He never physically examined my injury, only listening to my lungs and heart even though he noted in my chart that he did a full physical exam. So he is obviously willing to stretch the truth in his records. He didn't communicate to the nurse that I was to get a shot and he sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. The nurse did kindly fix those mistakes for him. When I was able to get into my primary care doctor a day later he even had to change the prescription because it was not appropriate for my injury. I highly recommend you avoid this urgent care if at all possible. Again I would like to stress that every person besides Dubin was wonderful but if the doctor sucks no amount of perfect nurses can fix that."

"I’ve been here twice in the last 3 months with my children. Both times on the weekend when my pediatrician has been closed. Both have been good experiences. The first time the CNP mentioned she isn’t a pediatrician for a reason, she was a little awkward with my child but overall pleasant and fine. I was also just here with my 2 youngest children, had a different CNP and she was good. I was seen quickly both times. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars, is that I think the nurse we had most recently could’ve been more pleasant, staff could be a little more well versed with children, but again, it wasn’t bad."
