"This company is absolutely horrible. My son was in tball and they were hired to do the team photos. I purchased a team photo but wasn’t able to see it, received no tracking number or contact info. When I got the photo my sons eyes were closed. I reached out to them and asked if there was one where his eyes were open. They said yes but I had to pay for it. I paid double price for ONE photo because the first one they sent was unusable. Finally weeks later I get the second photo. Everyone is looking except one kid is looking to the side with his eyes open which was a perfectly useable photo they could have sent in the first place. I will never work with them again. The customer service was absolutely horrible. They offered NOTHING to please me as a customer. Made me pay double for the photo instead of replacing it for free or refunding me for the first photo. Wouldn’t even send me a tracking number on it. Also ordered baseball cards that came uncut. Completely astonishing how horrible their service is."

"Horrible customer service! My daughters daughter's pictures weren't done correctly. Took them 2 months to follow up with me (I had to call back). Gave me a discount, but at that point (4 months later) I didn't even want what they gave me."

"I had a bad experience with the photographer they had went to my child's school who is 4 years old and most of not worked with children of that age there were serval complaints from other parents with childrens pictures they weren't asked to smile, having silly faces I am very disappointed with the pictures I like to have pictures done of my children as they grow throughout the years"

"I had pictures taken of my two sons. I called and emailed .....no one returned any messages to me . I called back in the beginning of may and was told that they were being processed and I would have them first class within two weeks. We are now into June and my photos still haven't arrived . Attempted another phone call ...no answer. Seems that's all you get when you call this studio. I will never do business with them again. They don't make their customers a priority ."
