"The office is very nice, and beautiful! Staff is friendly and welcoming. My only concern is that I wasn’t given any numbing spray prior to getting scoped? I don’t know if this is normal practice now? Maybe I’m just a big baby… but it wasn’t pleasant. I should’ve spoke up, and asked. My anxiety got the best of me, and I didn’t. The provider was very attentive and made sure I was ok. So, I am going back. I liked the office."

Dr. Ordman gave me the most thorough and informative pre-op of my test results and his expectations for the surgery that I can remember. The staff was friendly and helpful and cheerful. My anesthesiologist was really super and made the whole experience relaxing and even fun. The post op nurse was very clear in her instructions and even walked me out to my ride home getting thoroughly soaked in the process. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Professional, talented and friendly. The best combination for a medical services organization."

The gentleman who treated my husband was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing as he did it and and why he was doing what he was doing every step of the way. He answered any questions we had and made sure he gave us written instructions for the medications he was ordering for us. He made us feel comfortable in his company.
