"Friel's Barber shop is a wonderful place! I took my preschooler to have her hair cut really short( I did it myself, not the best job). Joe, the owner, greeted my child at her level. He was so kind and patient with her. She was pretty shy, but he was able to make her and myself feel right at home. Until my daughter can do her own hair, Friel's will be her go-to barber shop! "By far the best shop around. Joe, the owner treats all clients so well on top of giving a great cut. I’ve worked with almost everyone else that works there and am never disappointed. Their appointment system is great! It’s so nice to know you have a scheduled time and don’t have to worry if you are going to be waiting. It’s a popular place, so I always make my appointment for my next cut right after I leave there. Place is always clean and well maintained. I personally don’t have kids, but regularly see all aged children when I’m there and they are really great with them. Frisk’s is top notch! I drive about 30 minutes out of my way to come here because of how great a job they do."

"It is not easy to find a place where you can consistently get a great haircut every time. It is hard to trust someone to continually deliver your requested style and listen to your specific hair needs. I searched for that type of comfort and consistency most of my adult life. I found that years ago when Joe started cutting my hair and I haven't been to anywhere else since. Friel's has been the only place I have gotten my haircut since the day they opened.
