"Worst mental health practice ever. Don’t ever advocate for your minor child to Dr. Syed. She will take your kid off all their meds until the household is in full chaos at home. She does not review your kids history or disabilities or she will schedule tests and not look at the results prior to your appointment. It’s the worst psychiatrist I have ever seen in my life. There are more competent people for children out there that actually care about the well being of your home."

"Absolutely the worst facility I've ever had to deal with. They refuse to make reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities/mental illness, which makes absolutely no sense seeing as they are a Mental Health facility. Therapists are a joke, and would rather throw you to their Supervisor than speak to you regarding your concerns for your child's treatment. Patient Advocacy also informed you, and nobody ever answers the phone or returns your voicemails. I have filed a complaint against the facility as a whole, and I am currently filing complaints with the Maryland Dept. Of Health against every individual I spoke to. Y'all can ignore me, but have fun ignoring the government official who comes to investigate you."

"They changed their policy to only your provider can do your Rx and left it to the front desk to deal with it. No notification to patients. That's directly from Susan the managers mouth. The front desk does it all because Shepherd Pratt enjoys running their employees to the ground like a sweat shop."

I have been depressed for over 11 years, have been a client of at least 15 different mental health facilities and no one comes close to the empathy, kindness, professionalism, helpfulness, hard working, self sacrificing angels that work here - they have saved my life so many times over the past 5 years... I am, and will be forever be, in awe of their amazing dedication, love, work ethic, knowledge, and genuine care they give. They are hands down the best mental health providers I have ever had - above and beyond any in Texas, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. TJ and Charlene could heal the world - if every mental health professional could treat people as they do, this world would be a happier, healthier place with much less suffering. I owe them my life, my happiness, my sanity. I rarely write reviews, but after reading the ones others have written, I was shocked and had tears in my eyes. No one comes close to Sheppard Pratt's incredible employees and their ability to change your life for the better. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel hopeful and that they are there to help and support you in any way they can. I have met so many people that feel the same way about Sheppard Pratt. I love you all with my heart and soul. Thank you beyond words."
