"When my husband and I finally decided to replace our old countertop with granite, we weren’t sure where to go. We thought about going to those big chain hardware stores, but then a couple people I talked to, that had there counters replaced by Granite Grannies, highly recommended them. So glad we listened. With so many choices to pick from, we had no idea what would best suit our open space concept without clashing. Not a problem here. The owner, Lori, helped us choose the ”perfect stone”. We couldn't be happier. Rusty was so nice and polite when he came to do the estimate. With his experience and expertise, he gave recommendations for the best look that suited our kitchen perfectly. Prior to installation we met with Patrick. He was very professional and nice. We could tell he really cared and made sure we understood what to expect during the installation of our new counters. And, told us how to care for after. He answered all the questions we had. We felt very comfortable that we made the right decision! Installation went well. The guys were very polite. They came in, did there job, cleaned up, and left us with beautiful counters. After a few months I had a couple concerns, nothing major, just cosmetic. I called the office and within a couple days Rusty came and touched things up. He took his time and did a great job. It seems rare these day to find a company that cares and does top quality work. Specifically, the visual stone layout consultation assisted me with the anxiety I was having in making such a large purchase and ratified my decision to proceed. Many places I visited seemed more interested in the sell rather than the stone design selection working with the aesthetics of my home interior."

"We used Granite Grannies for our recent kitchen makeover. They were fantastic. Patrick was very professional and helpful. He welcomed us early one Saturday and explained our different options. He asked questions to determine what we were looking for, our budget and our scheduling expectations. We narrowed it down to quartzite. He showed us the available stock and what we could expect if none of the current stock met our needs. We selected a beautiful, sparkly piece of quartzite that was perfect for our kitchen! We sat in the office and within a few minutes, our process was set up. We came in for our design appointment and met with Lori who helped us decide exactly how the quartzite would be cut to fit perfectly in our kitchen. Her expertise was apparent and we left knowing we were in good hands. Lori and Patrick both explained how to care for our new counter. The installation team came just as expected and quickly and orderly installed our counter. It looks even better than we envisioned and was the first step in our makeover. Since then we have painted and installed a tile backsplash and new flooring. Our kitchen looks like a showpiece and Granite Grannies was a huge part of it. Lori and Patrick are both knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. I know we weren't their biggest customer but we were treated very well just the same. I highly recommend them."

"For the most part I will say I enjoyed my experience at Granite Grannies. I agree with some of the statements made about Lori, the owner, from previous customers. At first she came off very abrasive and hard to communicate with. She made it a point to insult some of the other granite companies I was looking into working with which seems a little unethical and very unnecessary. But overall I love my granite selection and the work done in my kitchen. Her staff (April and the fabricator she uses) were very patient with me and understanding. I as a homeowner so I am very cautious about what I am purchasing and the renovations I'm doing to my home. I think after my first encounter with Lori we knew how to communicate better with each other. The only other comment I have is that her installers tore open a box containing a faucet I had just purchased to use the cardboard as a surface for the glue they were making. I wasn't sure if I even wanted the faucet and didn't authorize them to do so. Now I have to return the faucet in a box all torn to pieces. All in all, I would use Granite Grannies again. I would just encourage Lori to be conscious about how she is coming off to her customers. If first impressions were what I was going off of I would not have worked with her. Overtime things got better between us. Thank you Granite Grannies. I am excited about the look of my new kitchen."
