"The Home Depot in Upper Marlboro is getting better by the day. You can typically find a store associate to assist you with any questions you may have, and service usually comes with a smile. Checking out is easy enough, and there is normally a cashier flagging you down if they are open and you are waiting in another line. Store has really improved."

"Home Depot has some of the worst delivery subcontracters in the United States. They delivered a refrigerator to me damaged. I am 95% sure the delivery drivers kicked it in in the back. Home Depot also did not inform me in advance that they do not connect water lines anymore. So much for hiring skilled labor. Very disappointed with the customer service as nobody cared that I was without a working appliance 3 days before Christmas. You all have lost a life long customer. I will be going with Best Buy and Lowe’s going forward. Merry Christmas losers"

"It's one of the few Home Depots I've ever visited where you don't have to look for an associate for help. They were everywhere working and getting things done, plus very friendly and helpful. Unlike all the Home Depots I've visited in my home city of Houston, TX. The ones in Houston, you can never find anyone to help, and when you do, they're rude. But this Home Depot in Upper Marlboro, MD, AMAZING customer service and very clean."
