"Don’t even bother making an appointment if you want to be seen as soon as possible. Had an appointment at 1:30 arrived 10 minutes early and have been waiting an HOUR to be seen. It’s ridiculous!"

"The staff is friendly and helpful. Something I learned while there the three times I have had to go is that they are always busy. You will be waiting for a good bit if you have an appointment time. However, for a follow-up vaccine, I had, it only took 30 mins to get signed in and seen by the doctor. The reviews for this place are negative because of the wait time. But, to me, they are much faster than urgent care and regular hospital visits. I will say that you must block out a few hours of your day, especially if you are getting your physical there. Other than that, I see no problem with Frederick Health. Besides, the Ledo's next door is a nice bonus for waiting. I hope this helps!"

"Had to come here for a dot exam today with an appointment, took 45 minutes to get checked in and they didn't seem to care. If you can possibly avoid this place do it."

"What’s the point of scheduling an appointment when you have to wait 15 minutes after the scheduled time just to register for an appointment. I called ahead, schedule it for 1:30. Been waiting 15 minutes just to be called to filled out paperwork. It doesn’t help they take a ton of walkins before the scheduled appointment. So good luck getting in an out within an hour. I’m just here for a simple blood draw as well. Looks like I’ll just go to an urgent care next time, at least then it’ll be quick."
