"I felt satisfied with DR Smith's competence the first visit when he explained the situation with my feet and the need for inserts, but was highly disappointed when they billed my insurance for them AFTER i paid out of pocket!!! I am still getting billed from their billing department 2 months later! Even after I called and was told it would be taken care of I am still receiving bills!!! Will NEVER go back!! Dishonest billing practices I can NOT TOLERATE!!!"

"The two women who were working today (july 5, 2022) were the most unwelcoming and bitter employees I have ever interacted with. They talked rudely about their patients behind their backs and treated them poorly. The doctor barely looked at my feet and didn’t properly introduce himself. I felt extremely disrespected and uncared for by the staff. It felt like I was being a nuisance to their days by just being there. The two women were unhelpful, mean-spirited, and short to not just me but to everyone else in the waiting room. They would look at each other with sarcastic facial expressions every time they would help a customer as if the patients were annoying them by simply asking a question. Will not be going back ever again! If you’re looking for professional care by kind staff and personable doctors do not come here!"
