"I go see my doctor here and he is vary good. He is not the problem i have. The problem is after my appointment i pay my co pay at the office. I get my recipe and go about my way. Two months later i get a bill for my co pay that i have already payed. This has happened two time in a row and i have to take time out of my bizzy day most of the time on the side of the road because i am a truck driver to get it fixed and it is making me mad. I thank the office is trying to scam me out of my money. Last time this happened they seemed like it was no big deal but it is to me when it cost me money by stopping my truck to deal with it. I would do it when i get off but when i get off work they are not opened. So i have to do it at work. They need to fix this and do better."

"UPDATE: Since switching to a Meritus Practice. I've had ZERO issues with requesting refills. I'm able to request a WEEK in advanced and my medicine is ready for pickup once available. It's quick and easy to request refills in the MyChart app. TL;DR - Seek elsewhere for care. You'll be better off, physically and mentally. I hadn't read the reviews for this practice until coming here to leave a review myself. I'm not surprised at all by the bad reviews. If you like waiting for 30 minutes or more in the loud and echo-ey waiting room after your appointment time has started - this is the doctor office for you. If you enjoy paying your doctor bills by snail mail or by phone call - this is the doctor office for you. If you enjoy leaving voicemails and never having them returned until 4 days later - this is definitely the doctor office for you. If you enjoy having to wait until the day of refill to call for prescription refills then this is the doctor office for you. If you also enjoy having to deal with an incompetent staff who can't pick up a phone call when they have questions because they don't understand their own process - definitely book your first appointment today! The doctors were fine but everything else was absolutely terrible. I put up with them for so long and just figured it would get better. It didn't. Literally the only person there that was ever helpful was Bre. I ended up at Meritus - First appointment was immediately better. I recommend seeking elsewhere for care. This place isn't it - maybe 20 years ago, but certainly not now."
