"We've been living in Lovettsville for a couple of years now and this location still doesn't accept walk-ins or take new patients. Instead of a 2-minute drive to the doctor located in my community, I have to drive 30+ minutes to another town. Not convenient when you or your kids are feeling ill. Since I can't speak to the quality of care, my rating is more about the fact that, although most COVID restrictions have lifted (the reason given each time I called) they are still not accepting any new patients or allowing walk-ins, and force those of us in their community to go to doctors much further away."

"Worst experience EVER! I would like to start this by saying even though there is a new virus active in our society (obviously), that does not mean that all other illnesses disappear. I had no fever and symptoms that did not correlate with coronavirus. Dr. Moehler refused to see me in person or give any diagnosis or prescription without me getting tested for coronavirus. The office was incompetent when it came to insurance coverage of the test, so I agreed to pay the $150 if my insurance will not. I get tested, test results come back negative, which I was happy to hear even though I insisted that would be the case. Now, I am still at square one; sick, in extreme pain, no voice, and now I’ve spent money on my copay and corona test. I ask if the doctor will again get on the phone or see me in person at the office to examine my symptoms. They tell me to wait for a call back. When I received said call... THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE TYLENOL AND DRINK WATER! Thank you leesburg sterling family practice for wasting my time and money, and not helping me get better at all. Great work."

"My doctor (Dr. Crowley) is great, however the staff at the Purcellville office needs a lot of help. They are rude, and not attentive to my needs, I often feel like I am nothing but an annoyance to them. Communication is horrible, no follow up calls, no returned phone calls and always wanting to blame someone else for their lack of response or failure to follow through."
