"If you are seeking somewhere to go for alternations, dry cleaning etc.. I absolutely recommend that you go here. I have now gone here twice and both times I have been so incredibly impressed with the work done. The owner is a punctual, honest, organized, kind women who truly knows what she is doing. She is extremely accommodating and her work speaks for herself. Prior to finding Sunnybrook Cleaners, I sought out another place, that other shop insisted that what I needed for my dress would be costly and that they couldn’t guarantee the gown would look how I’d like. I wasn’t happy with that answer so I found Sunnybrook and it was the reviews that convinced me to go! Not only was the owner able to alter the gown for me but she did it at nearly HALF the price and time. I am looking forward to working with her again? 10/10!!"

"First, it is the only dry cleaner we have ever experienced where they ask you to pay in advance at drop off. Is this normal practice? Genuine question. Second, the quality of the service we prepaid for did not even meet expectations. As you can see in the picture, multiple stains remained on this one shirt upon inspection at home. We are still checking the other articles of clothing, so who knows what else we might find. She is a very nice lady, yes, but being nice is only half the equation. The process and the end results (of the service you purchase), finalize the entire equation to have a great business. We went to Sunnybrook based on great reviews. Maybe the 4.9 is real and we experienced an anomaly. Not sure, but we will not be returning. UPDATE: Owner reached out to try and fix the situation. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to take it back for them to try and make it right as the Wedding was the next day. We attempted to get the stain out at home without success. Doubtful the dry cleaners would have been able to as well, even if they saw it and addressed it at time of service. So with that assumption, we are increasing the rating to be fair based on the customer service, but they still missed it, they make you pay in advance and we will not be returning.
