"Hit or miss with this place. My first time using this laundromat, it was super clean and everything was easy to use and efficient. Then I went a second time and it was the complete opposite! Everything was dirty. There was clothes, trash, dryer sheets all over the floor, and there were homeless people in there using the amenities. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against the homeless! I help them out as much as I can. But the one guy set up shop on the chairs with his personal belongings and his electronics. I was kind of weirded out by it because it was late at night and me and my 10-year-old were in there. I will definitely try to figure out which days are better to go because I do think it's worth it."

"Haven't been here in a long time and was very surprised and pleased to see the renovations. Since it was dark except for two light fixtures and my first time with the new equipment, it took me a few minutes to understand what I needed to do in order to use the machines. You must get a card from the back of the store from either side and load it in order to use at the machines. You place your card on the payment ledge of your machine and it's pretty simple from there. Knowing I needed a card was the hard part. There are directions along the walls and on machines. Take the time to read them. Store is very clean, lots of machines holding various sized loads of laundry. The only thing I don't like is that at the end of your experience here, you may have money left on your card that may never be used. Seems you can only put 10.00 on if using a card. I did not have cash to try that, as you may be able to use dollars, which wouldn't be so bad. Overall, very clean, convenient for me. I would definitely return to this location in the future."
