"I’m not satisfied one bit. I’ve tried this place three times and this is my last. One guy speaks English the rest speak Spanish. The barbers didn’t understand what I asked for in my haircut so they did what they wanted to. My son is upset with me about the haircut. Lastly the horrible haircut took over an hour."

"No communication. The person who was supposed to give me a haircut “berto” had me waiting for an hour and half. Was sitting there 40 minutes before anyone even asked me who was i waiting for. Smh the other barbers work does look good though , as a whole the barbershop just needs to be more professional."

"Berto is more than just a barber. You’ll see him as a friend by the time you leave his shop. Very accommodating, clean shop, music not blaring to the point you can’t have a conversation. I’m excited to the expansion of his shop and in his future business endeavors."

"Terrible experience. Alberto baez is the worst barber in the shop, and literally the worst ive experience in trenton period. He shouldn't be cutting hair. when I went to him for the first time I figured how bad could it be, it's bad. He pushes your wig back and doesn't follow instructions very well. I asked him not to touch my beard at all, he seemed offended and then proceeds touching my beard. If any men understand what its like to get a bad haircut, you'd understand when i say left there depressed. The towels smell like mold, and they put this on you're face.. one star. Ps. I don't know if Alberto the barber that cut my hair but when I cash apped him that's what it was under. So whoever was cutting right by the front entry door cut my hair and I'll take this review down for my money back"

"I got a haircut here last Saturday and it was the worse cut I ever got in life! The barber didn’t do anything I asked for and blamed me for not explaining my self right when I had initially told him I wanted a fade and number 2 around and just trim the hair on top! Than he proceeded to ask me if I wanted a ponytail and idk what else but it made no sense and just kept confusing me but I kept telling him to do #2 around and just trim so I could comb my hair anyway I desired not just pull it back and he kept cutting my hair as if I only wanted one style. Not only that but he never did the fade, he cut the top hair shorter on the back where he shouldn’t off never even used any product to shave around and the line around was super crooked. it was just terrible all around as if I had done it my self without even looking! When I questioned him he told me about other incidents with other customers he said he cut all their hair and blamed them when I’m sure he was the one that didn’t listen and I should of ran than but I didn’t. He told he had 6 years cutting hair and that I didn’t need to tell him how to do his job but honestly it was terrible and there was no excuse! I had a party to go to that day and had to go get it fixed somewhere else and I ended up with a shorter haircut than I ever wanted but they did a great job! I would not recommend ever going here and if you do don’t ever go with this guy! He told me his name but I forgot, as best as I can describe him is he’s Spanish and overweight. (Wish I would of taken pictures but had to go and wait another hour somewhere else to get it fixed)"
