"Waiting time is to much and nothing has urgent for any one who wants seek doctor attention quickly, need to add more providers to handle the patients, I have waited more than 30 minutes at to see doctor. I don’t think so it is urgent care, I checked with staff, heard that wait time could be more than hours as they have limited staffs. I won’t recommend if you want see doctor really urgent."

"I was skeptical about going to an urgent care facility for a small problem, but it couldn’t have been easier. Scheduling online was very easy and the staff were very polite and nice. Dr Rhodes listened to my concerns and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and prescribe treatment. The visit took less than 15 minutes. Great experience."

"I just went to see the staff here at this office. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and understanding despite me showing up at the very last couple of minutes. I'm glad I went here tonight. At the front desk, I had mentioned having trouble getting transportation, and by the time my appointment was over, they were orchestrating a taxi for me. They really take care of you here!"

"Honestly, I just needed to write this. About a week ago I walked in with a nasty cough and severe issues breathing. I figured it was a bad cold that needed antibiotics so I went in pretty last minute at around 4:30-5pm. There was very little wait time. The Dr was quick at assessing and very plainly said that I needed to go to the emergency room immediately. They gave me a nebulizer treatment to try to help me get to the hospital and even offered to get me an ambulance (I refused ) the staff periodically checked in on me, made sure I was alright and all around demonstrated empathy for the situation I was in and that they did not have the equipment needed to take care of me. Turns out I had pneumonia, minimal airflow to my lungs which had my O2 was dropping into the 80s, high BP and heart rate, and a massive asthma attack that I had been having for 3-4 days. I just want to thank them all for their full transparency, and urgency in getting me cared for."

"I went last week because I was bitten by a dog and wanted to get checked out. I arrived before they opened and there was 1 person already waiting at the door. If you get there early, start the line LOL The office isn't very aesthetically pleasing. Looks very out dated with no attention paid to ensuring the facility looks welcoming etc. That said, it was remarkably clean and well organized. My exam room was minimal and quite large. For the most part, staff were courteous. The lady who took my blood pressure and medical history was very rude when I declined to be weighed for a dog bite. That was very disappointing as I have a right to direct the course of my care by refusing to consent and be free of judgment from a healthcare practitioner. Also, it was quite slow. Took 2 hours and I am not sure why? There were only 2 people in the waiting room with me, I saw one other person and the waiting room was empty when I left. The slowness of the care and the rude staff person is the reason for the star deduction."
