"Can't say enough good things about our floors and Mary & team. LL Flooring should model their customer service training after Mary and her team. After a month of searching around for the right, warm LVT for our new kitchen we found it at LL Flooring. It had the perfect notes of cinnamon to complement leather couches and rugs from my parents. But it was being discontinued and there wasn't enough left for us. Mary did some quick digging and noticed a builder bought two large orders. She asked all the remaining stock be sent to the store and promised to keep watch on the builder's order since they often return large quantities of unused flooring. Over the next three months Mary would occasionally call with updates. Finally she excitedly called and said the builder returned one of the two large orders and asked if we wanted to go ahead and place our order. Yep, she had pulled inventory out and tracked the builder order without asking us to pay until the full order for our house was available! Absolutely love the floors, the experience with LL Flooring and the install job by Watson Installations."

The store manager, Mary, and all the staff were super helpful as we bought and returned wood until we got a near perfect match of new red oak in the kitchen to match already installed stained white oak in the rest of the house. There was a delivery mix up with a company LL uses and Mary personally delivered the correct wood to our house. Their installing company, Watson Installations, was also really good, professional and reasonably priced. I recommend this specific location for your flooring projects."
