"The care I received at the WELLSPAN urgent care was excellent. The practitioner,Stacy Beaver, was the best clinician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The follow/up from the clinic was wonderful. My experience at this urgent care was definitely 5 stars."

"Didn't evaluate me properly I had a fever coming in which they seen, the lady tried to get me out of there as soon as possible. Didn't call me just put the results online. I clearly have an infection somewhere why else would I have a fever? She didn't feel my swollen lymph nodes properly and avoided feeling them which was weird. swallowing is difficult and painful, my ears are in alot of pain yet said my ears looked fine? Apparently tested me for a few things and I'm negative for everything? Even though with a fever and swollen lymph nodes and extreme ear pain? Getting a second opinion cause something isn't right. Authorizing provider:Stacie M Beaver wouldn't give me a doctor's note for work either even though I have a fever! Didn't try to figure out what was wrong either. Negligence."

"Honestly, no one likes going to the doctor, let alone urgent care. And typically when I arrive here, the people at the front desk are always so rude and so grumpy, not the case for me today though. Aubrey was very sweet, no attitude, offered me more assistance if I needed it before I was called back to the room, made conversation with me, she was very very sweet. Truthfully hope that she is always here when I show up from now on. Made my visit better. Thanks Aubrey, hope you get some recognition for this!!"

"Every time I come to this urgent care I am always under-tested. This time went in for nausea, headaches, bad congestion, with a deep burning cough. They only test me for Covid saying there is many viruses and it didn’t sound like the flu. Went to the ER two days later and tested positive for the flu."

"I smashed my finger, went to urgent care the next day. Finger was swollen and all but black under the nail, they did X-ray even though I told them it wasn't broken, I asked for them to drill the nail to release pressure and I was told no because it causes to high of a risk for infection. So I left, went home. The next day my finger was completely swollen and the tip was turning completely red,so I went to the emergency room and they looked at it and drilled it right off the bat . They couldn't understand why it wasn't done the day before."
