"We took our dog there even though I more than begged my mother to switch to a neighboring clinic where my cats go. The final visit for our dog was the day we had scheduled to euthanize her for long term health issues. I'm a veterinary technician myself and have worked in a number of hospitals. The staff at the front acted like it was their first day working in veterinary medicine. They were not prepared for our *appointment* and when we walked out after the euthanasia crying the front desk lady (who knew why we were there and put us in a room) said, "have a great day!". Furthermore, they took our poor pup from us (for no real reason) to place an IVC before euthanasia. I heard her scream in the back while she was back there. I just wanted to stay with her on her last 20 minutes on this earth. I waited months to post this to calm down as I was furious, but I finally decided to leave the review."
