"I can't honestly say I used this business as no one would speak to me. I walked in and there were two people working. One with a customer, one without. I watched TV for a few minutes while I waited to be acknowledged. Not one nod. Not one "how ya doing".I guess I wasn't their type of customer. The non working one just kept on reading away. I just left quietly."

"Very clean establishment, takes their time on making sure the customer is always right and happy with their cut before you leave. I've been going to Big Boyz Barbershop since 2009 and from that time till now I've had my haircut from 2 other shops but still to this day, I would choose this barbershop over the other 2 I've been too or see and hearing from friends about where they've gone. Me and my sons make it a father son type of time. Well worth the time"

"Arrived as a walk in only one barber there at 10:07am was told the other is on his way . My 7yr old was looking forward to getting his hair cut.. He arrived an hour later with an appointment waiting. There was no communication as to how long it would be i would have left and came back or even made an appointment. I ended up leaving after 2 1/2 hrs of waiting and no one giving an apology or anything . I would never go there again"
