"Rude when trying to call to make an appointment. Quality of their products are garbage and their times for their business being open is a joke. Go there at 6pm on and they say their closed with the open light on as well as their hours listed for 7pm. States they’re open till 5pm on Sundays and they said they close at 2pm and hang up on you."

"Went in to get a pedicure they had no hot water so they had to get it from a sperate sink and pour it in the foot soaker. She pour hot water directly on my feet burning my foot never again and never said sorry. I left a d hope my feet don't blister up."

"THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND LOOKED AT BY NYS. THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED ON SAFE PRACTICES BEFORE THEY REOPEN. This place is not following correct protocol. My technician never cleaned the workspace (I was there when the lady before me left), used the same tools (nail clipper and cuticle clipper) as the girl before me and the brush she used had dried polish/dirt on it. She cut my skin and rushed. She was very aggressive and did not make it relaxing. I go to get my nails done as a treat. My appointment was at 3:30, I got in late and was out before 4:30. All the tools looked to never be cleaned. Once she ground down my base, she never had me wash my nails and painted over powder. I left with powder covered nails. I should had more self respect and left as soon as I saw that she did not use clean tools. Someone needs to shut this place down before someone gets sepsis. Go somewhere else. It is not worth it to get an infection."

"I went here because they were the only nail salon that would take me last minute as a walk in well needless to say I could have saved a lot of time and money if I would have just waited the 3rd day my nail fell off and it wasn’t long till all of them fell off shortly after it was only 2 weeks today since getting them done! I spent 70$ for all my ACRYLIC nails to fall off not even within two weeks the only one left is my thumb nail at least that one was done right plus she was mean pulling my hand and rolling her eyes never again! Just find a different nail salon to be honest I wish I did"

"My nails look horrible. I left the salon with acrylic all over my fingers and my ring finger on my right hand wasn't even filed and shaped all the way because she messed up the first time and put more gel and that was it, dusted it off and started painting. Not to mention all of the raw spots where my cuticles were cut with the file."
