"We've been seeing Dr. Rude since my daughter was 6 months old. Dr. Rude at Pendelton Primary Care has been nothing but AMAZING. She is so patient, understanding and has a passion for her job. She responds quickly on mychart to messages, and for sick visits we are immediately seen. I love this office, and I wouldn't choose anyone else to provide care to my child except Dr. Rude! We also can't forget about our girl Veronica. She's just as amazing as well."

"The ladies at the front desk are fantastic. They are patient, polite, helpful and efficient. Veronica, the nurse is up beat, friendly and understanding the office is always clean. Dr. Rude... Wow! I can't praise her enough. She is definitely not rude. :) She's knowledgiable, helpful and very nice. She stays good to her word. If we are discussing ways to resolve an issue, if she thinks it's no big deal, she tells me that and explains why something is no big deal. She has never brushed me off. She also is familiar with what insurance will and won't cover. She will not try to stick someone with a HUGE bill for no good reason. I'm very satisfied with my care."

"I recently changed Dr's to this location, after such a bad expereince with my last Dr' just check out my reviews for who, and where...I was so pleased to have been blessed by such a gracious Dr. like Jessica Rude, and her staff there, they took all the time to undestand my fears , and concerns while giving me the best treatment. After having such a horrific experience at my last primary care I went to for years, it was nice to know they cared , and would keep me safe. Thank you for all you do!!:)"

"I have changed both myself and my children to Dr. Molly she is awesome. Super easy to talk to. Never makes us feel uncomfortable and always tries her best to get to the root of the issue with you. "I'm new to the area and was just a few minutes late for a 40 minute appointment. As soon as I walked in the door the environment was unfriendly. The receptionist did not greet me in a professional manner, didn't look me in my face, and barely spoke to me. They canceled my appointment and could not provide another for almost two months. The Nurse Practitioner couldn't take me back for 30 minutes of a 40 minute appointment. That's the problem with doctors these days! Worried about a time slot and not the patient care. I will be taking my business else where and suggest others do the same. This place would get zero stars if it was allowed. Unprofessional and unfriendly. Treat you as a time slot not a patient in need of care."
