"I reached the facility 30 minutes before closing, concerned about a possible chest tear. Unfortunately, the staff appeared indifferent and eager to close. They informed me that there was no tear. However, a later examination by a physician revealed that my pectoral muscle was indeed torn. To add to the frustration, I was charged $165 for a brief visit with incorrect information and a less-than-ideal attitude. I suggest considering UPMC for your medical needs if it's accessible to you."
