"Where to begin. I got 5 estimates for a mini split system in my house. Appointment was scheduled for same week i initially called. Chris was a few minutes early for our appointment. Very clean, polite, easy to talk to. He asked all the right questions, had answers for everyone of my many many questions.(I had done extensive research before deciding on this heating/cooling method). Chris took many measurements, asked about insulation, age of windows, electrical accessibility, my life style regarding how hot/cold I like it, my expectations of the mini split. He was here over 1 hour. He stated he would come back the following day with written, complete estimate. Granted, Colburns estimate was the highest of 5 but,,,,Colburns does the "little extras" that prevent problems down the road. The installers(3) arrived on time. Extremely clean, polite, answered all my questions. They worked right along, took a much needed and deserved lunch. Picked up all boxes, etc. Very neat, competent workmanship. Explained remote operation. Chris came back 1 week later to assess the job done and answer any questions. I can't express my satisfaction and happiness with Colburns and my new Mitsubishi mini split. Highly, highly recommend."
