She told me if I had any other questions to feel free to call her back and she would try to help me out if she couldn't she would see if her boss, Dennis, or another employee could help me. "Today, I picked up a U-haul from this Pasadena, MD location in order to pick up a file cabinet and move it. Everything went well with the experience, up until the point when I got home to check my bill; and they charged me for exactly 100 more miles than what I drove. I'm thinking that returning mileage was recorded incorrectly after I had left. I immediately called BDK Flooring to discuss the error; but BDK was unable to assist me over the phone as she had a lot of customers. I then drove to the store and explained the situation. The truck was no longer there; so we could not check the mileage. I explained that it would have not been possible for me to drive 126 miles in the 2 hours that I had it; considering the time it took to load and offload the truck. I'm not sure if this was a clerical error; or if this is a dishonest business......but just sharing this experience with others. If you rent from this store...be sure to photograph and document miles in and miles out, or you will be charged over 2X what they quoted you."
