"I went in thinking thinking everything was fine and I hear people talking poorly about someone and I look over and it’s a manager and a worker talking about one of their workers. I think that shows how poorly the staff is being treated and still expecting them to want to go to work in the first place. They are rude and I would never expect that from a manager. I would never want to work there. Do better."

"Wish I could rate 0 stars for how horribly these managers talk about their own employees. Ive went in this store many times, and i would sometimes overhear the current managers talking badly about their employees. It is very disrespectful and completely unprofessional of them. This store will not do well if the managers are like this, the employees are nice people. I wish i could say the same about their managers. If you want a painful and horrid job, then make sure you apply as soon as possible!"

"I love this Dollar Tree! They have the nicest employees! The store is always clean and fully stocked! I drive 10 mins. farther to come here and avoid the Mansfield location !"

"The person who runs this store (Michelle) is aces. Its always neat and orderly and a FAR CRY from the other stores in the area. Michelle should be a BIGGER boss or Regional Manager. She takes pride in her job . All of the cashiers and staff in this store are great probably due to Michelles work ethic. Do yourself a favor and promote this woman. Maybe you wouldnt have as many screwed up stores in the area. I had my own business for 17 years, I have not written a review for anyone ever. This one is extremely warranted."
